This is to invite bids for the 11th Moot Court Competition, Lux Et Veritas- National Law Fest 2025, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda [31st January 2025 to 2nd February 2025] (1 slot).

Please note that according to the rules of the competition the participating team should consist of minimum 3 members to maximum 5 members.
The allotment for this Moot Court Competition shall be in accordance with the MCS Code 2023-24. Teams who have secured a rank are eligible to bid for the same by filling up the below attached Google Form: https://forms.gle/stnjjkzfq6ejVYah9
The last date to apply for the aforementioned Moot Court Competition is 6th November, 2024 at 8:00 PM (20:00 Hours).
Please note that the ODD Semester Ranks of the 2024-25 cycle shall be applicable for this Moot Court Competition.
NOTE:
1) A team is allowed to participate in 1 moot per mooting semester. Kindly refer to the Moot Court Society Code, 2024-25 for further details.
2) All biddings are taken on a single form and hence it is imperative that the team applying clearly mentions the moot(s) for which the team is bidding for.
3) The teams that have already been allocated a moot through the Even Semester shall bid only after completion of the Moot, and not prior to that.
4) The registration and participation in the allotted moot are subject to the health, environment of the nation. The decision made by the Moot Court Society will remain final in this regard. In the event of any cancellation made by the host institution or SLCU, MCS will not be responsible for the registration or any other booking made by the allotted team.
5) In case of cancellation of the said event, the rank of the team will not be exhausted.
6) The teams applying for the said moot shall not be provided with an exemption from the academic requirements of the University i.e. asynchronous submissions or CIAs.
