Please note that according to the rules of the competition the participating team must consist of a minimum of 2 members (2 speakers) and a maximum of 3 members (2 speakers + 1 researcher).

 

Moot Court Society will not regulate participation in the above moot and registration with the organizers will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note:

MCS shall not allot the above moot to the student body and formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.
