This is to inform regarding the 5th CNLU-CARCIL National IBC Moot Court Competition 2026 [17th January 2026 - 18th January 2026 & 8th February 2026].

Please note that according to the rules of the competition, the participating team must consist of 2 - 3 members (2 speakers + 1 researcher). In accordance with the competition rules, one slot is reserved for institutional teams, and additional open slots have also been provided.  Kindly refer to the document attached below for more details.

Moot Court Society will not regulate participation in the above moot and registration with the organizers will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note:

MCS shall not allot the above moot to the student body and formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.
