OPEN MOOT - 4th NALSAR - CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition [21st March 2025 - 23rd March 2025]

This is to inform regarding the 4th NALSAR - CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition [21st March 2025 - 23rd March 2025].

It is to be noted that the moot proposition will be released by the Organising Committee on a later date.

Please note that according to the rules of the competition the participating team should consist of  minimum 2 members to maximum 3 members.

Moot Court Society will not regulate participation in the above moot and registration with the organizers will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note: 

MCS shall not allot the above moot to the student body and formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.
