This is to inform regarding the 1st Dr. Justice Radhabinod Pal Memorial Moot Court Competition, University of Calcutta [17th May 2025 - 18th May 2025 and 4th June 2025].

Please note that according to the rules of the competition the participating team must consist of 3 members mandatorily (2 speakers + 1 researcher).

Moot Court Society will not regulate participation in the above moot and registration with the organizers will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note:

MCS shall not allot the above moot to the student body and formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.
