This is to invite bids for The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh 1st Moot Court Competition 2025 [30th August 2025 - 31st August 2025] (1 slot).

Please note that according to the rules of the competition, the participating team should consist of a minimum of 2 members to a maximum of 3 members (2 speakers + 1 researcher).

The allotment for this Moot Court Competition shall be in accordance with the MCS Code 2024-25. Teams who have secured a rank are eligible to bid for the same by filling up the below attached Google Form:  https://forms.gle/stnjjkzfq6ejVYah9

Students eligible to bid for the same need to fill-up the form https://forms.gle/vVjuLJw6fAuihEJm9 during the window of 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on 13th August, 2025. The allotment shall be done on a first come first serve basis. Bids received prior to and post the abovementioned deadlines shall not be considered.

Please note:

1) Formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with if the team does not wish to claim attendance for the said competition. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.

2) MCS shall not be responsible for registration procedures under the respective moot court competition and it shall be the duty of the allotted team to coordinate with the organizers on the same.

3) No exemption from asynchronous activities, Mid Semester or End Semester examinations shall be provided to the participants.
