DERESERVED ALLOTMENT: JUS AMICUS 2026 National Moot Court Competition [15th September 2026 - 17th September 2026] (3 slots).

The Invitation for JUS AMICUS 2026 National Moot Court Competition [15th September 2026 - 17th September 2026] (3 slots) received applications as follows:

Team consisting of Sarah Rose P, Rishitha B, R Ashitha Zarah


Team consisting of Jini Salina Khan, Shreya Malak, Nimay Arun (Invalid Bid)

Team consisting of Pratyay Kundra, Charith Chetan (Invalid Bid)

Team consisting of Aishvarya S, M R Niharika Vijaya, Sree Sastika S (Invalid Bid)


As previously indicated in the dereserved invite, the above moot being a dereserved moot, was allotted on a first come first serve basis to bids made within the bidding window. The team consisting of Sarah Rose P, Rishitha B, R Ashitha Zarah are hereby allotted the moot and shall represent the university at the competition. 


NOTE:

1. The allotted team is hereby requested to carefully read through the below-mentioned instructions and strictly abide by the same. Any non-adherence to the procedure laid down in the code shall cause withholding of allotment. 

2. Formalities under the MCS Code are not required to be complied with if the team does not wish to claim attendance for the said competition. However, the faculty coordinator’s approval is required in case the organizers mandate authorization from the HOD/Dean.

3. MCS shall not be responsible for registration procedures under the respective moot court competition and it shall be the duty of the allotted team to coordinate with the organizers on the same.

4. No exemption from asynchronous activities, Mid Semester, or End Semester examinations shall be provided to the participants.

5. The allotted team is instructed to go through the Rules of the Competition and complete all internal formalities.

6. All queries regarding the allotment, withdrawal, or pre-moot formalities must be addressed to mcs.allotment@law.christuniversity.in.

7. In the event of any cancellation made by the host institution or SLCU, MCS will not be responsible for the registration or any other booking made by the allotted team.

8. The team is mandated to inform MCS in case the moot is postponed/preponed/canceled by sending a mail with all the details of the moot to mcs.allotment@law.christuniversity.in.

9. The decision made by the Moot Court Society shall remain final.
